Orivé Ube is cultivated and harvested by us in Bohol, Philippines, a region known for its fertile soil and ideal tropical climate. Here, the ube tubers are given months to develop their characteristic deep purple color, natural sweetness, and creamy texture.
After harvesting, we select only the best tubers, which are carefully processed to optimally preserve their authentic flavor, nutrients, and vibrant color. This results in a rich ube with subtle vanilla and nutty notes and an exceptionally smooth texture.
