Matcha Essence

Our matcha is harvested from the youngest tea leaves, carefully selected during the first flush. After a period of shade cultivation, the leaves are traditionally processed and slowly stone-ground into a fine powder. This way, the matcha retains its natural quality, vibrant green color, and rich umami flavor characteristic of high-quality ceremonial grade matcha.
