Which payment methods do you accept?

At Orivé, you can pay securely via iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact, PayPal, and more. All payments are processed through a secure connection, so your data is always protected.

Can I still cancel or change my order?

Orders are processed quickly. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible via info@orivenature.com if you wish to cancel or change your order. We will do our best to help you.

Can I get an invoice for my order?

Yes. Send your order number by email to info@orivenature.com and we will send you your invoice.

Shipping & delivery

How soon will I receive my order?

Order before 10:00 PM? Then you will receive your order in the Netherlands and Belgium the next day. For other European countries, you will find current delivery times at the checkout.

Any questions?

Yes, we ship throughout Europe. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping applies to orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This way, you always know exactly where your package is.

Returns & refunds

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

We stand fully behind the quality of our products. Are you not satisfied for any reason? Contact us via info@orivenature.com or our contact form and we will always resolve it for you.

How does Orivé's return policy work?

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@orivenature.com or via our contact form. We will then send you a return label free of charge.

Once we have received and checked your package, we will refund the purchase amount. The refund will be processed within 8 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note: returns are only possible if the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. Products with visible damage or signs of use unfortunately cannot be accepted.

How long do I have to return a product?

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt if you are not satisfied. We always find a suitable solution.
